Dragon Medical One uses very limited system resources, since the transcription occurs in the cloud. You will require a basic Windows 10 PC, and a reliable internet connection. Dragon Medical One can be installed on a Windows O/S only. If you have a Mac, you would need to be running an emulator program in order to run Windows on a portion of your Mac.
